As we all know, knowledge is invaluable. Novogradac & Company LLP harvests an environment where every employee has the chance to extend their education and continue learning throughout their careers. Frequent training sessions are conducted on-site and cover a range of topics. New hires and interns are given the tools to succeed during their week-long training at the beginning of their employment as well as weekly training courses during the Busy Season. We encourage and support educational advancement outside of the firm by providing tuition reimbursement for graduate degrees and related courses. We also provide reimbursement for reviewing and passing the CPA, MAI,CIA, CMA and other licenses. |

“The training gave me more hands-on exposure to audit and tax and I really liked having little training sessions throughout the busy season because it helped me learn a lot more information which I could apply to my work.”
