Speaker Biographies: Deadline is Friday, December 18, 2009.

PowerPoint Presentations: We have introduced a new online manual which allows you to provide your presentation anytime prior to or during the event. We will upload to our online manual as we receive each presentation.

**Please notify us when emailing presentations if you would like hard copies of your presentation made available on-site for attendees**
