Do I have to create an account to purchase a product or register for an event online?
An account must be created for all purchases made both online and over the phone.

How secure is your site?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

How will my personal information be used?
Novogradac & Company LLP will use the information you submit to process your purchase or registration. Novogradac & Company LLP does not share any information with third-party marketers. Product Orders

How long will it take to get my order?
Seven to 10 business days after receipt of payment.

Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, overnight and 2nd day delivery options are available.

When will be my order be shipped?
Ground orders will ship within two business days of purchase. Expedited orders placed before 3 p.m. (PT) Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 3 p.m. and/or on Saturday-Sunday will ship the next business day.

Do I pay for sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to product orders for California residents only.

How do I pay for my order?
Novogradac & Company LLP accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, and checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

What shall I do if I received a damaged item?
In the event that your item is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you send an email to products@novoco.com. Please include your order number, what item was damaged, the damage done to the item and whether you would like a company credit or a replacement item sent to you. Somebody will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Can I order back issues of your monthly newsletter? Are individual articles available?
Yes.  Just specify the name of the periodical, month and year it was published and if you want it emailed or mailed to you. Individual articles will be sent via email only. A searchable archive of Novogradac & Company periodicals is available online. Back issues or articles will be sent upon receipt of payment.  See below for cost.

New Markets Tax Credit Report and Property Compliance Report

Can I use my product credit for an event that I would like to attend to or vice versa?
Unfortunately, product credits can not be used for any event or workshop registration. Same rules apply with an event credit — it can not be applied to any product purchase. But it is transferable in the event you would like to give it to a colleague. Any type of company credit with Novogradac & Company expires after one year from the date of issue.

Event Registrations

What is Novogradac & Company LLP’s cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received no later than ten (10) days before an event. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds per attendee. We regret that we cannot refund cancellations made within 10 business days of the conference or to registrants who do not attend the conference. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel will be charged the entire registration fee.

What materials are provided at the conference and who presents them?
All sessions are presented live by industry practitioners. The sessions include individual presentations, panel discussions and question-and-answer periods. All registrants receive an online manual and printed manual at the beginning of the program. The conference does not require any prerequisite coursework.

Do conferences offer CPE/CLE credits to attendees?
Novogradac & Company LLP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Novogradac & Company LLP automatically issues CPE certificates to each attendee following every conference/workshop. For those seeking CLE credits, Novogradac & Company LLP would be happy to provide attendees with the information they need to submit to state boards to qualify for CLE credits.
