First Annual Developments of Distinction Awards
The Developments of Distinction awards will be presented December 3, 2009 at the Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference in Las Vegas, Nev.
The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credit Housing is pleased to announce the first annual JTCH Developments of Distinction awards. The JTCH Developments of Distinction awards recognize excellence and honor outstanding achievement in the development of affordable tax credit housing. Those LIHTC projects to be honored will have: been placed in service in 2008/2009, had a major impact on their community, demonstrated financial innovation, or overcome significant obstacles in their development. A panel of judges with wide-ranging expertise in the LIHTC industry will review all entries.
Nominations are open to all with knowledge of a deserving project. Practitioners from all sectors of the LIHTC industry are encouraged to submit nominations.
