Description:
This individual will structure and negotiate new real estate investments, engage in and manage investment analysis, underwriting and documentation of acquisitions within the company s investment criteria, propose projects for investment, and closing on those investments approved by the Investment Committee. The candidate will also evaluate market data, perform site visits, analyze financing, call on developers and collect project-specific documentation.

The Associate Director will be relied upon to make investment recommendations and present the benefits and risks of proposed projects to the real estate investments committee.

Responsibilties:
The qualified candidate must have an advanced degree in Finance, Business, Planning, Real Estate or other relevant area, or an equivalent education provided by depth of experience, plus a minimum of two years of directly related experience. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must also be familiar with mathematical models and Excel spreadsheet software and have the ability to exercise independent judgment.
