Description:
Duties to include the following:
Perform eligibility determinations for all applicants/residents. Complete necessary reports and perform all functions of the Compliance Department, as determined by Federal Regulations, Land Use Restriction Agreements, and Property Management Contracts and as directed by the Compliance Manager.

Responsibilties:
Qualified applicants should have a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation or be willing to obtain the designation within one year of employment. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of Section 42 and Section 8 compliance requirements, including eligibility determinations, completion of occupancy reports, completion of annual utility surveys, etc. Strong mathematical abilities preferred and experience with compliance software also helpful.
