Description:
The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency is seeking an experienced Development Specialist to work in our Housing Unit that is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Agency’s Housing Program. This position will primarily work in the following fours areas of the Housing Program; Public Education and Outreach, Loan and Fund Administration, New Home Delivery, and Portfolio Management. Examples of duties include the following: responding to public inquiries about the Agency’s home ownership opportunities, establishing and administering new loan programs, coordination of lottery program, application packet review, oversee production and execution of Agency documents, work with asset management on compliance reviews, conduct public presentations, write reports and memorandum for public and Agency consumption. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in planning, public or business administration, real estate development, or a related field and four years of professional work experience in real estate, economic development, housing and project development. (Real Estate Brokerage experience is not applicable for this posting)
