As a Fund Manager, you are a member of PNC's MultiFamily Capital Group. Our seasoned professionals bring together one of the most experienced teams in the multifamily housing industry. PNC MultiFamily Capital is a leading provider of integrated products and services for the multifamily housing industry. Our portfolio of multifamily, senior and healthcare investments for the affordable and market rate housing industry has grown to over $2.5 billion. PNC MultiFamily's history of successes combined with the expertise of PNC's full-service team, provides "one-source" for capital options our customers can count on. You will be located in our office in Portland, Oregon. Your responsibilities will be to maximize PNC's investors' returns through managing the performance of each multi-investor and proprietary fund offering from its initial closing through the term of the investment. You will report to a Fund Manager Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will vary day to day as you are involved in the upper-tier fund modeling and investment structuring, participating in upper-tier partnership agreement negotiations and the offering structure. You will also monitor each lower-tier asset from execution of the letter of intent through the life of the investment, including through construction completion and lease up.
