Description:
This individual will initiate investment analysis on new tax credit investments and underwrite and manage documentation towards a timely closing. Will also evaluate market data, perform site visits, analyze financing, and collect project-specific documentation.

The Underwriter will be expected to make investment recommendations and assist in the presentation of the investment to the real estate investments committee.

Responsibilties:
The qualified candidate must have a degree in Finance, Business, Planning, Real Estate or other relevant area, or an equivalent education provided by depth of experience. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must also be familiar with mathematical models and Excel spreadsheet software and have the ability to exercise independent judgment.
