Wentwood Capital Advisors, L.P., ( Wentwood ) is seeking experienced asset managers to oversee the performance of a regional portfolio of LIHTC multi-family properties.
Wentwood is a highly successful and rapidly growing real estate investment company based in Austin, TX. Wentwood provides fund management, asset management, recapitalization and workout services to corporate investors low-income housing tax credit equity investments nationwide. Wentwood combines a sophisticated real estate asset management and workout-related practice with a team-oriented work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with general partners, management agents, housing agencies, lenders and other key public and private sector players in the region.
Represent investor limited partner interests, as fiduciary, and general partner entity interests.
Implement proactive strategies to resolve operational, financial and compliance issues.
Provide workout and repositioning solutions for distressed assets with operating, LIHTC compliance and partner/developer issues.
Execute acquisition and disposition of partner interests and properties.
Execute refinancing opportunities including defensive/workout-related refinancing.
Understand regional and metropolitan economic and demographic trends and key multi-family markets.
Respond to investor and capital clients on a regular basis, both through reporting and formal presentations.
Participate in asset management team initiatives to improve property monitoring and risk management processes.
