This position will be an intergral part of the asset management team responsible for oversight and management of a growing portfolio of LIHTC communities located through out California
Job Responsibilities:
Job respnsibilities will include compliance with financial, contractural and legal requirements and specializied affordable probrams including LIHTC and others. Supervise and monitor the performance of hired property management orginizations and provide rquired reporting and interface with Partners, Lenders and others. Monitors property lease-ups and operations.
Requirements:
BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field.
3 years experience in managing realestate/rental property operations or asset management.
Low Income Housing Cerfitication (HCCP)preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel.
