Job Responsibilities:
Due to current business demands, we are seeking an ASSISTANT ASSET MANAGER to augment our asset management team located at our offices in LONG BEACH, CA.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzes and prepares management reports regarding the financial performance of assigned portfolio of properties
  • Gathers and analyzes data relative to investor reporting requirements
  • Monitors property construction and lease-ups as it relates to the syndicated benefits schedule
  • Conducts pro-forma and market analysis

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of related experience within real estate industry
  • Low income housing certification (HCCP) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel
