Description:
Monitor and approve Section 42 applications at several affordable properties located in Colorado.  Train and monitor on-site leasing and compliance staff. Maintain and prepare quarterly and annual certifications, reports, and tax forms related to Section 24 program.  Monitor compliance with Regulatory Agreements for Bond financed projects.  Must be detail oriented and able to work independently.  Knowledge of Section 42 and Bond financing of multifamily projects desired.  Excellent salarly and benefits with growth oriented organizaztion.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for compliance oversite of approximately 1300 Section 42 Tax Credit multi-family units located in Colorado.  Valid driver's license required.  Local travel required.
