  • Submit your nomination on the form provided. You may submit as many nominations as you like, but use a separate form for each submission. Nominations will be accepted through Monday, August 15, 2011.
  • Indicate the award category that is applicable to the nomination.
  • State clearly why the individual, organization, or project deserves recognition in the specified category.
  • Send additional material (i.e., photographs, publication, slides, etc.) that will help support your nomination to awards@novoco.com.
    • Please be sure to include the exact information you've used in this online form in your e-mail.
  • Include your name, address, and telephone in the space marked “Nominated by.” If someone other than you is to be notified of the status of the nomination or award, please include that information in the “Contact Person” section.
  • Novogradac Community Development Foundation may select more than one awardee in each category or may not select an awardee within a category. The Novogradac Community Development Foundation may award a project in a category different than the one indicated on the form if it appears that another category is more appropriate.
