Job Description :
This is a Senior Executive position for the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. The position has been established for the purpose of ensuring that the CDFI Fund operates in accordance with all applicable Federal and Treasury regulations and guidelines and to protect the Fund’s grant-making authority. The incumbent will report to the Director of the Fund and will serve as a principal executive advisor on Fund operations and program processes. The incumbent will continually take the lead in developing operating procedures, policies, internal controls, short and long-range plans, and strategies. He/she will also develop, implement and record performance measurements, reporting systems, internal controls, and operating procedures. The COO will be responsible for managing a group of senior managers within the CDFI Fund.
