The Program Manager for Financial Strategies and Research (FS&R) is responsible for overseeing the office that provides this data and analysis. The Program Manager reports to the Deputy Director for Policy and Programs and frequently works with the most senior officials of the Fund in providing independent research and analysis of Fund activities and, broadly speaking, program compliance and performance.
