Job Description :
Management Recruiters of Shorewood Hills client, a stable company with an excellent working environment that provides career growth opportunities, is looking for a Senior Real Estate Analyst to assist the asset management team and handle a small multifamily portfolio that includes Low Income Housing (LIHTC) properties.

Duties of the position are to:
Oversee the performance of a small portfolio of multifamily properties
Assist in maximizing asset values in portfolio while minimizing costs
Support asset management functions through analysis, plan and budget preparations
Survey, analyze, and prepare presentations on market data and trends
Contribute to due-diligence efforts for acquisition, asset management and disposition
Update valuation information in forecasting software and assist with software analysis projects
Conduct site inspections and documentation reviews
Assist with marketing and leasing strategies for assigned properties
Monitor property performance including variances to historical and budgeted performance
Prepare discounted cash flow analysis
Evaluate purchase and/or sale agreements
Review loan documentation
Assist with the development of preparation of asset and loan management plans and final workout strategy or property valuation

Responsibilties:
Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of income forecasting and valuation techniques
Skills in prioritizing and analyzing data and situations to accomplish overall departmental goals
Financial analysis skills including internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV)
Financial modeling skills preferred
Skills in Microsoft including Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Argus/Dyna proficiency preferred
Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) strongly preferred
