Return Policy

Customers may return any handbook or reference manual (see exceptions below) for company credit or exchange for any other Novogradac & Company LLP handbook or reference manual provided the returned item is received within 14 days of the receipt of shipment and provided all items are received in re-sale condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be accepted.

We do not offer cash refunds on the purchase of any product.

Special Exceptions:

» Software - We only accept returns on software if it was received in a damaged condition.
» We do not accept returns on state-specific Tax Credit Application Manuals or on conference-specific manuals.
