Fort Campbell EUL

Novogradac was engaged to determine the viability and thereafter the potential execution of an enhanced use leasing project (EUL) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This EUL project would not only include new office, warehouse, and maintenance facilities to house government employees and contractors who are currently in older buildings that need to be demolished, but also additional facilities to provide an expansion of the command's current maintenance and air field capabilities. A market study analyzed the economic development climate including the local office and industrial market arena. We examined population, household, income and trends as well as discussed the major employers and industries in the area including employment and unemployment trends. Transportation systems were reviewed from airports, major roadways and railroads to determine the current status and any future infrastructure projects and the efficiency of getting from point A to point B. This ongoing assignment is proceeding through the RFQ, Industry Forum, and proposal evaluation stages as Novogradac assists the Army in selecting the best development team to build and manage this overall project.
