Thank you for your 2023 Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Awards submissions. The nomination period is now closed. Winners will be notified by April 19.

The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Community Development QLICIs of the Year Awards recognize participants who strive for excellence in community development.

Awards go to community development entities (CDEs) for their qualified low-income community investments in properties in one of five categories: operating business, nonmetro, metro, small business and real estate.

CDEs may be nominated for accomplishments in the categories listed above and may be a CDE with which the nominating entity was involved or simply one deemed deserving.

Nominations for awards are accepted year-round, but nominations received after the posted deadline will be considered for the following year, if they meet the criteria.
