Nomination Requirements - 2023 Historic Rehabilitation Awards
All nominations must include:
- a completed nomination form (note: we ask for but don't require the LinkedIn and Twitter profiles for the nominee)
- narrative statement
- supplemental materials (minimum of three)
- hand-signed multimedia agreement
Narrative Statement
Please upload a Word document or PDF that clearly states how the historic development met each of the criteria. (1,000-word maximum). In your statement keep in mind the developments will be judged on the criteria listed here.
Supplemental Materials
At least three supplemental informational materials (i.e., architectural plans, marketing information sheets) should also be submitted to document the development’s attributes.
Multimedia Agreement for Photos & Renderings
Download the multimedia agreement form on the Historic Rehabilitation Awards page, fill it out with captions and credits for all supplemental materials and sign it. The completed form can be uploaded here or emailed directly to [email protected]. This must be included with your nomination materials or we cannot accept your nomination.
Please include at least three images for use. Submitted photographs, renderings and other image files must be individual image files (JPG, PNG) rather than compiled into a document, at least 300 dpi+, 1 MB, and at least 7.5 x 8.5 inches or larger. If the property is selected, the photos and renderings will be used in a presentation.
The nomination deadline for the 2023 round is March 3, 2023.
