How secure is your site?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

How will my personal information be used?
Novogradac & Company LLP will use the information you submit to process your purchase or registration. Novogradac & Company LLP does not share any information with third-party marketers. Event Registrations

What is Novogradac & Company LLP’s cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days before an event.

  • For in-person conference cancellations, registrants may choose to receieve a full credit or refund, less the $100 administrative fee per attendee. We regret that we cannot refund cancellations made within 10 business days of the conference or to registrants who do not attend the conference.
  • For virtual conference and/or workshop cancellations, we regret that we cannot refund or credit any registrations. 

What is Novogradac’s credit policy?
Cancellation credits are available for one year from the event and may be used by anyone within the attendee's company. Credits may be used to register for upcoming conference registrations, webinar registrations, and/or product purchases. Please forward your credit email to [email protected]

Can I pay for an event registration by check?
Yes. Novogradac accepts credit card and check payments. All attendees must be paid in full prior to attending a conference.

What materials are provided at the conference and who presents them?
All sessions are presented live by industry practitioners. The sessions include individual presentations, panel discussions, and question-and-answer periods. All registrants receive an online manual and printed manual at the beginning of the program. The conference does not require any prerequisite coursework.

Do conferences offer CPE/CLE credits to attendees?
Novogradac & Company LLP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: To verify which sessions qualify for CPE credit please visit the Agenda tab under each conference.

For those seeking CLE credits, Novogradac is not a CLE sponsor but can provide eligible attendees a general certificate of attendance and, on request, additional supporting materials for self-submission to state boards. Please note that Novogradac cannot guarantee CLE credits will be accepted.

Are there any prerequisites for attending a conference or workshop?
All sessions are presented live by industry practitioners. The sessions include individual presentations, panel discussions, and question and answer periods. All registrants receive a comprehensive reference manual at the beginning of the program. The conference does not require any prerequisite coursework.

When will registration/agenda be available for this conference?
Registration and agenda details for the conference are available approximately 12 weeks prior to the conference.

Registration has timed out and I can’t access it to continue registration. Can someone please help?
If your registration time expires, an email will be sent to you with information about how to complete your registration. You can also contact [email protected] and a customer service representative can assist.

How do I download/find the Novogradac Events App?
You can find/download the free Novogradac Events app from your device’s app store (Google Play store / Apple App store). Search for Novogradac Events and follow the prompts to download it to your device.

How do I log into the Novogradac Events App?
To log in to the Novogradac Events App, please use the email address you provided during registration as your username. The password is your last name with the first letter capitalized. This should match exactly what was provided during registration.

Where can I view the attendee list?
The attendee list can be found on the Novogradac Events App and accessible to registered attendees. Through the events app, you can set up meetings and chat with other registered attendees. The attendee list is made available at least one week prior to the conference. If you are a sponsor, your attendee list will be included in your sponsor toolkit.

When will I receive my CPE certificate?
CPE certificates are typically sent out one week after the conference. Times may vary for delivery. For additional assistance, please contact [email protected].

Are there any prerequisites for attending a conference or workshop?
Prerequisites for workshops will be noted on our CPE descriptions located on the workshop page of the conference. There are no prerequisites to attend a Novogradac conference.

Is a reception guest pass available for purchase if you aren’t attending the conference?
No; Reception guest passes are only available for purchase through a registered attendee.

When will I receive presentation materials for the workshop I registered for?
Workshop materials are typically sent to registered attendees 24-48 hours prior to the workshop. As a part of our sustainability efforts, hard copies are not provided onsite. All attendees are encouraged to download their workshop materials before arrival.

How do I download the presentation handouts from the Novogradac Events App?
All registered attendees have access to the Novogradac Events App. Once logged in, handouts can be downloaded by following the steps below:

  1. Select the “Presentation Handouts” icon on the home screen.
  2. Select the session title you’d like to download the handout from.  
  3. Select “Add -> Conference Bag”.
  4. Return to the conference home screen.
  5. Select “Conference Bag”.
  6. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  7. Select “Receive Conference Bag.”
  8. Exit app.
  9. All handouts added to the conference bag will be sent to the email used for registration.
