Note From The Conference Chairs

There has never been a better time to finance a LIHTC transaction. Increasing demand for credits, rising credit prices and decreasing yields have created a strong and stable marketplace for new and experienced LIHTC players.

Take part in this robust marketplace by joining your colleagues and key stakeholders at the Novogradac Affordable Housing Tax Credit Conference. This year, we’re expanding our industry-leading event to include breakout sessions, learning groups, two workshops, networking events, 50+ speakers and more. Learn how to glide through the complexities of a LIHTC transaction with innovative techniques and a strong understanding of current trends and legislation.

See what’s new:

  • New interactive sessions. Find out where the markets are heading in 2016 while interacting with experts in a smaller group setting.
  • New agenda format. Customize your learning experience with ourbreakout sessions.
  • New peer-to-peer networking. Share techniques and panel takeaways in a learning group during the breaks. Take our survey if you plan to participate.
  • New season. We’ve moved our conference from spring to fall—enjoy New Orleans during one of the best times of the year.

We look forward to seeing you there.
