Future expansion of the LIHTC is likely
Reconnect with hundreds of affordable housing professionals as we head to Nashville, Tennessee, for the first time to learn about the latest efforts to finance affordable housing in today’s market.
We will address how to navigate the competitive 4% low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and private activity bond landscape, help you understand how the addition of the 4% minimum LIHTC rate affects you, and discuss changes in equity pricing if the increased 9% LIHTC allocations included in the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act are enacted.
For those unable to join us in Music City, we invite you to join us online, where you can view our panels, chat with both in-person and virtual attendees, plus watch online-only content of the event.
The Events Desk is available to answer any questions by email or by calling us at (720) 253-1241.
