Commit to rebuilding communities now and for future generations

Our sincere wish was to begin 2022 together in Puerto Rico discussing ways to expand the development and preservation of affordable rental housing in the territory and beyond.  However, because the island recently tightened its COVID-19 related entry requirements for U.S. travelers as well as has adopted mandatory vaccination and testing rules for mass events, we have made the difficult decision to pivot to a virtual-only event for the Novogradac 2022 Affordable Housing Developers Conference. 

As much as we would like to meet in person, we must prioritize safety and sensibility and the revised requirements would substantially limit attendees’ ability to travel to and participate in the event.

Fortunately, Novogradac has successfully executed many virtual events, and we are prepared to offer a terrific digital experience with access to valuable and insightful sessions covering the future of affordable rental housing.

Call for Topics

Submit a topic to be covered during a session or as an idea for an entire session. Your submission will be reviewed by the Conference Chairperson. If your session is selected, the events team will contact you to discuss speaker placement and other details.


Earn Continuing Education Credits

Novogradac will provide a certificate of completion for proof of continued education for relevant re-certifications. To receive a certificate of completion, please indicate your preference to earn CE within your registration form.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
