RAD proves to be a useful resource to preserve and improve low-income housing properties
Public housing and preservation advocates will gather in Philadelphia and online to discuss how access to the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program helps create more affordable housing and support those in low-income communities.
Hundreds of RAD practitioners, public housing authorities, developers, investors, syndicators, lawyers and accountants will join together to discuss equity options for a RAD transaction, how to complete a RAD conversion, the use of other tax incentives in addition to RAD and more.
