LIHTC MAPPING TOOL UPDATED WITH NEW CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS
Novogradac & Company's free low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) Mapping Tool has been updated to reflect the 113th congressional district boundaries as determined by the 2010 census.
The LIHTC Mapping tool features data from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s LIHTC Database, which includes information on more than 33,000 LIHTC properties and almost 2,203,000 housing units placed in service between 1987 and 2010. LIHTC property information can be searched by congressional district, state, county, city, census tract, ZIP code or property name. Among other things, this tool can be used by LIHTC supporters as a tool to identify LIHTC properties in congressional districts to help communicate the benefits of the program to lawmakers.
Join Novogradac & Company at the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Conference in New Orleans, May 16-17, to discuss the hottest LIHTC issues and discover the latest development opportunities.
