Minnesota Enacts Law Conforming to Federal Tax Code

Legislation conforming Minnesota state tax law to the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) became law May 30, adding the state to those that conform to provisions of the federal opportunity zones (OZ) incentive. The Novogradac OZ corporate conformity mapping tool and OZ personal conformity mapping tool have each been updated to reflect which states currently conform to the IRC.
