NCHFA, VHDA Issue Policies Regarding Contracts for Year 15 LIHTC Properites

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) and Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) have issued policies regarding qualified contracts for Year 15 low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties.
