OCC Launches New Web-Based System for Licensing, Public Welfare Investment Filings

Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - 12:15PM

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency today launched a web-based system for banks to file licensing and public welfare investment applications and notices. The Central Application Tracking System (CATS) replaces e-Corp and CD-1 Invest, the current systems. The OCC plans to roll out access to CATS in three phases. The phase beginning today is for banks that are frequent electronic filers with OCC, while the second and third phases will begin this spring. OCC staff will notify institutions to which phase they are assigned several weeks before that phase begins.
