The Mississippi Home Corporation announced July 29 that it will permit electronic records in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Applications, leases, verification of income and assets and student status can all be completed electronically. Digital signatures on forms (both property management and household) are acceptable.


Georgia Department of Community Affairs announced July 30 that it will allow two forms of relief for development impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The first is 10 percent test extensions for 2019 awards and the second is placed-in-service extensions for 2018 awards.
