Do I have to create an account to purchase a product or register for an event online?
An account must be created for all purchases made both online and over the phone.
How secure is your site?
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
How will my personal information be used?
My company/organization is tax-exempt. How can I update my account to reflect that status?
Please contact us to receive a personalized link to a web portal where you will submit your certificates. Once that information is validated, Novogradac & Company will update your user profile to reflect your tax-exempt status. We will contact you when that process is complete.
How long will it take to get my order?
If you select standard shipping, and the product is in stock, you should receive your order seven to 10 business days after receipt of payment.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, we offer 2nd day delivery.
When will be my order be shipped?
Ground orders will ship within two business days of purchase. Expedited orders placed before 3 p.m. (PT) Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 3 p.m. and/or on Saturday-Sunday will ship the next business day.
How do I pay for my order?
Novogradac & Company LLP accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, and checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

What shall I do if I received a damaged item?
In the event that your item is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you send an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, what item was damaged, the damage done to the item and whether you would like a company credit or a replacement item sent to you. Somebody will respond to your request as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Customers may return any handbook or reference manual (see exceptions below) for company credit or exchange for any other Novogradac & Company LLP handbook or reference manual provided the returned item is received within 14 days of the receipt of shipment and provided all items are received in re-sale condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be accepted.
We do not offer cash refunds on the purchase of any product.
- Software - We only accept returns on software if it was received in a damaged condition.
- Newsletter subscriptions may be canceled for credit only if Novogradac & Company LLP is notified within 60 days of subscription activation. We do not provide cash refunds on the purchase of any books, software or periodical subscriptions.
Does Novogradac & Company LLP offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes, customers are eligible for quantity discounts on the purchase of multiple titles in one purchase. These discounts are:
- 15% off for 3-10 handbooks
- 20% off for 11-15 handbooks
- 25% off for 16 or more handbooks
Journal of Tax Credits:
- 1-2 = $199 per 1 year subscription
- 3-20 = $179 per 1 year subscription plus 1 complimentary 1 year subscription
- 21-50 = $169 per 1 year subscription plus 2 complimentary 1 year subscriptions
- 51-100 = $159 per 1 year subscription plus 3 complimentary 1 year subscriptions
- 101+ = $149 per 1 year subscription plus 4 complimentary 1 year subscriptions
Can I use my product credit for an event that I would like to attend to or vice versa?
Product credits cannot be used for event or workshop registration, nor can event credit be applied to product purchases. Event credits are transferable to colleagues. Any type of company credit with Novogradac & Company expires after one year from the date of issue.
