Novogradac Opportunity Zones Investment Report: Data Through June 30, 2022, provides an in-depth look at trends for opportunity zones (OZ) investment, creating a snapshot of the OZ marketplace at midyear 2022, as well as a historic overview for investors, qualified opportunity fund (QOF) managers, developers and other OZ stakeholders.

The Novogradac Opportunity Zones Investment Report uses data from nearly 1,500 QOFs tracked by Novogradac. The report spotlights the first half of 2022, which saw an increase of more than $6 billion in QOF equity investment. The report includes data on the types of development that receive the most investment, geographic areas with the most investment, level of investment by funds with different equity ranges and more.  The report includes a list of the top 20 states and top 40 cities for planned OZ investment.
