Bryan Hung, CPA

Bryan Hung is a partner in the Long Beach, California, office of Novogradac, where he specializes in the real estate finance and community development industries. Since joining Novogradac in 2005, Hung has provided transaction advisory services on hundreds of tax credit transactions using new markets tax credits (NMTC), historic rehabilitation tax credits and renewable energy tax credits, which have resulted in more than $3 billion in cumulative project development. He provides traditional audit and tax services to real estate developers, community development entities, nonprofit organization, syndicators, lenders and investors in addition to transaction structuring and preparing financial forecasts for tax credit and opportunity zones incentive transactions. He is a contributor to the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits and speaker at Novogradac NMTC conferences and workshops. He received a double bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California. Hung is licensed as a certified public accountant in California.
