Diana Letsinger is a partner in the Long Beach, California, office of Novogradac. She specializes in community development and affordable housing, including the new markets tax credit (NMTC), low-income housing tax credit and historic rehabilitation tax credit. She provides audit, tax and consulting services to nonprofit organizations including community development financial institutions and has considerable experience with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ms. Letsinger works in the emerging opportunity zones industry. In addition, Ms. Letsinger advises investors, syndicators and developers on structuring, financing and maximizing the benefits of combined tax credit structures. She is a frequent speaker at industry-sponsored conferences and workshops and the technical editor of the NMTC content in the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. Ms. Letsinger graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a member of the company’s executive committee and is licensed in California as a certified public accountant.
