Jessica Acosta is a principal in the Portland, Oregon, office of Novogradac. She specializes in tax compliance, planning and consulting services for multistate partnerships, trusts and high-net-worth individuals. Acosta has experience working with various real estate clients, including the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), opportunity zones (OZ) transactions and investment partnerships.
