Nick Hoehn is a partner in the El Paso, Texas, office of Novogradac. Mr. Hoehn has more than 20 years of professional experience in affordable housing and community development, with an emphasis in the low-income housing tax credit deal structuring, including assisting developers and investors in navigating acquisition and rehabilitation developments, as well as Year 15 disposition issues. In addition, Mr. Hoehn has assisted many clients with federal and state historic tax credits and tax-exempt bond financed transactions, including those subject to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Demonstration program and property compliance hurdles. Mr. Hoehn is licensed in Texas as a certified public accountant.
