Tabitha Jones is a partner in the metro Atlanta office of Novogradac, where she specializes in low-income housing tax credits and provides attestation, tax and consulting services to real estate developers, equity sponsors, nonprofit organizations and public housing authorities. Ms. Jones has extensive experience with auditing financial statements and preparing tax returns for equity fund sponsors, affordable housing developments, including those subject to the auditing requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and nonprofit organizations, including those subject to the requirements of Uniform Guidance. Ms. Jones also provides attestation and consulting services to public housing authorities. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from North Georgia College and State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Ms. Jones is licensed in Georgia as a certified public accountant.
