Tonya Phongsavanh, CPA

Tonya Phongsavanh is a partner in the metro Atlanta office of Novogradac. Phongsavanh specializes in real estate developer consulting, with an emphasis in real estate partnership audit and taxation. She also has extensive experience with equity sponsors, specializing in equity fund audit and tax consulting, and has worked extensively with low-income housing tax credits and renewable energy tax credits. Phongsavanh received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from North Georgia College and State University and a master’s degree in taxation from Georgia State University. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Georgia.
