Receiving Login Information and Handouts for Online Workshops
Step 1: Checkout
The standard and nonprofit registration fee for online workshops covers a single viewer only. If multiple persons within an organization wish to view the workshop and/or its recording (regardless of whether they view it on a single computer or multiple computers), the organization must purchase a registration for each person.
By proceeding to the shopping cart, you may purchase your own registration, or you may purchase registrations for a group. If purchasing on behalf of multiple persons, you will need to provide the following for each registrant:
- Industry Role
- Email address
- Phone number
Step 2: Receive Purchase Confirmation Email (and GoToWebinar Email for Upcoming Online Workshops)
Once you complete your order, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] confirming your order.
Payment by credit card: If you have paid by credit card, each of the registrants in your order will also receive an automatic email from Wayne Michael: [email protected] containing a link to register within GoToWebinar for the upcoming live online workshop you ordered.
Payment by check: If you selected to pay by check, you and any other registrants will receive an email from [email protected] with login instructions for the upcoming workshop (if your check payment clears prior to the live workshop).
Step 3: On the Day Prior to Workshop, Receive Email With Link to Handout
All registrants whose payment is received prior to 5 PM ET on the day before the workshop will receive an email from [email protected] that evening with a reminder link to the workshop, a link to the associated handouts, as well as addtional housekeeping information.
Step 4: Receive Access to the Workshop Recording
Live online workshop plus recording: Within one business day after each day of an online workshop, all paid registrants for the online workshop will receive via email from [email protected] a link to access a recording of the workshop. The recording will be available for the paid registrants' personal viewing during the 10-business-day window in which the online exam remains open.
