The Housing Authority is seeking an exceptional candidate for the Director of Property Operations position. Join AHA and plan and oversee contracts and services to provide an effective, robust property management program, contributing to preserving the long-term health and financial viability of the growing real estate portfolio of AHA and its affiliates in the challenging Bay Area housing market.
The Housing Authority is seeking a team-oriented candidate to perform professional accounting work, including providing audit support; analyzing and verifying fiscal records and reports; preparing and reviewing financial reports; and reconciling general ledger accounts. The Development Accounting Officer will primarily be assigned work related to real estate development activities but will perform general accounting work for the Agency as well.
