QLICI Project Maps Through FY 2019
Disclaimer: The data presented below are provided as a reference and the validity of the data cannot be guaranteed. All data should be verified with the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund website before using it in the decision-making process.
The data in the PDFs linked below reflects the 117th (2021-2022) congressional district boundaries.
The maps and data tables provided include: community development entity (CDE) name; the project’s census tract (based on 2010 boundaries) and location; metropolitan or nonmetropolitan status; origination year; QLICI amount; estimated total project cost; qualified active low-income community business (QALICB) type; multi-CDE status; and multi-tract QLICI status.
The CDFI Fund QLICI project data file does not include street addresses for each project. Therefore, project or business locations are displayed as points at the center of the census tract in which it is located.
Though every state and the District of Columbia has at least one QLICI project, the 10 states with the fewest projects are Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Puerto Rico is also considered underserved. Other than Puerto Rico, no other U.S. territories have any QLICI projects as of FY 2019. Only those congressional districts with QLICI projects are presented below.
