This webinar airs from 1 to 3 p.m. ET (10 a.m. to Noon PT)

COVID-19 has left the new markets tax credit community—like so many others—in a state of uncertainty. This webinar addresses issues COVID-19 poses for new markets tax credit transactions. We will discuss the most common issues NMTC transactions are facing as well as the requests made by the NMTC Working Group to the IRS and CDFI Fund to help address investor, CDE and QALICB concerns. In addition to these issues, we will discuss the impact COVID-19 is having on the equity markets, including tax credit pricing and investor appetite.
